The funds support ‘The Build’ – a new facility enhancing care for children and young people.
Riva Home is proud to announce it has raised more than £30,000 for its charity partner, Martin House, in the first year of their partnership. Since February 2024, the homeware brand has been dedicated to supporting The Build — a cutting-edge new facility that will enhance the quality of life for children and young people receiving palliative care.
The impressive total was made possible through a series of fundraising initiatives, including the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, a company-wide 1,000 Miles Step Challenge, and a variety of community events such as cinema nights and sample sales.
“The Riva Home team has made this partnership a true success,” said Ed Banfield, Managing Director of Riva Home. “Their generosity, commitment, and willingness to take on tough challenges have been inspiring. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together so far.”
In addition to active fundraising, Riva Home contributes 1p per unit sold to Martin House, donates stock to its charity shops, and supplies soft furnishings to support the new facility’s development.
