I’m a new customer, how do I buy from you?
You can apply for a Trade Account here. Once you’re registered, you’ll get access to our Trade Portal where you can browse and shop 15’000+ products. Learn more.
Can I open a Credit Account with you?
Subject to the relevant checks based on your account application, we can offer you a Credit Account. If we are unable to provide you with a credit facility, do not worry, we can still support you with access to our products on a pro forma (pre-payment) basis using a credit or debit card. Apply for a trade account.
I already have an account, how do I log in?
You can log into your account on our Trade Portal here. If you have not received your login details, please call a member of our sales team on 0113 201 8800 and we will be happy to help.
How long does a trade order take to arrive?
We typically dispatch a trade order within 2-5 working days – and the lead time for delivery will largely depend on your location, the size of the order, peak trading periods and the carrier used.
