James has over 16 years of customer-facing experience in the home furnishings industry, with expertise spanning soft furnishings, furniture, lighting, and home accessories.

“My personal favourite interior style is Modern Scandi, featuring plenty of concrete textures, natural wood, black accessories, and, of course, lots of Yard cushions.”
Fiona Mitchell
Senior Account Manager – Ireland
Fiona has over 20 years of experience running three successful retail businesses. She has a deep understanding of both interior design and business management, and her hands-on approach and creative background bring valuable insights and ideas.
What can customers come to you for help with?
“I’ll be looking after all our Irish accounts and am here to support you with everything account-related – including product information, catalogue building, site visits, pricing enquiries, and more.”

With a career in interiors that began in 2008, Nigel has held roles across several fabric and furnishings brands. Most notably, he spent seven years at Voyage Maison prior to its acquisition by Riva Home.

“I’m especially excited about our latest fabric collections, because they honour the brand’s heritage while introducing a fresh, modern twist.”

Megan has 4 years’ experience as a Customer Experience Team Leader. Backed by a diploma in Interior Design, she combines industry know-how with a genuine love for interiors.

“My favourite interior trend right now is Japandi and Modern Organic. I love the calm, nature-inspired feel these styles bring to a space.”

Trade Account Manager
Holly brings six years of experience in health and fitness and three years in project management within major retail environments. She brings a strong eye for detail and a range of transferable skills to their role.
