Design
Our continued investment in disruptive design and manufacturing keeps our products fresh and exciting season after season. We design all of our own products in-house, and we make them in the UK or Overseas depending on the requirements for quality, cost, seasonality… and all the little bits that make a big difference.
By identifying upcoming trends from fashion and interior design, we help our team of designers get creative using various techniques that give a truly unique look.
Using only the best designs, we then explore how these ideas and concepts will transfer into real-life products that make your customers’ homes look beautiful.

Technology
We use our in-house technology to make access to our products quick and easy. Within a few clicks you can browse our ranges, check stock availability and place your order. You can also get quick access to our product data and find order information such as tracking numbers and delivery dates. All of this results in a seamless ordering experience.
Our technical innovation doesn’t stop there though. We’re constantly finding new ways to improve our service. This includes warehouse automation, AI tools and data management software plus much more.
Distribution
Our warehousing and distribution is designed to be flexible. We send containers and large palletised deliveries on a daily basis, but we can also manage direct-to-consumer orders and everything in-between. Our operational capabilities span multiple product categories from small cushions to large furniture items, and fabric too.
Our point of difference lies within our systems, processes and added value. We use industry-leading paperless technology to ensure all items are dispatched within the agreed lead times, and that each delivery is accurate and well-presented for minimal hassle and maximum reward. We add value by doing the little things that make a big difference (this includes things like cushion filling, re-labelling and much more).
Manufacturing
As a reliable and innovative Home Furnishings supplier, we take great pride in our manufacturing. We’ve been sourcing globally from across the Far East, India and Europe for decades – finding the best qualities and materials to realise our remarkable designs.
As part of our extensive manufacturing capabilities – we have our very own UK-based factory which is well renowned for its extensive flexibility. It manufactures readymade and custom-made products for our own brands and can also help to meet your own-label requirements too. Producing over 3,000 products per day across 8 home categories, our UK manufacturing places print, craftsmanship, and quality at its heart.
