Head of House.

(aka Office Manager / Receptionist)

the role.
This a great opportunity for a charismatic, organised and motivated individual to join the team as our ‘Head of House’ – otherwise known as an Office Manager or Receptionist (but we prefer our title, as it’s much more than this!)


The role of Head of House will be primarily responsible for managing our head office facility and being the first point of contact for our customers; upkeeping our exceptional reputation for customer service.Daily duties would include, but not be limited to, the following:
Welcoming customers and colleagues on entrance to our fantastic facility

  • Dealing with general correspondence via telephone, email or mail
  • Liaising with suppliers such as cleaners, caterers and maintenance teams to ensure our facility is a constantly clean, tidy and productive working space for our team
  • Organising office mail and deliveries (inbound and outbound)
  • Maintaining the high standard/finish of our head office facility (such as decorations, furniture etc) o Assisting the wider teams with basic HR tasks such as time sheets, absence forms etc
  • Organising company social events
  • Co-ordinating induction programmes for new employees
  • Occasional support to the board of directors candidates must.
  • Be fluent in the English language, written and verbal
  • Possess exceptional organising skills, and always be on-time
  • Be well presented at all times, and a natural communicator
  • Be proficient in the use of PCs and in particular email and office administration software
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining an excellent customer service reputation
  • Be prepared to do ‘whatever it takes’ to ensure our customers and our team are working in a welcoming and productive environment
  • Be within easy commuting distance of our Head Office, based in Leeds (LS14).
  • Be able to work Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
  • Have a UK drivers licence

Sales Administration Manager.

As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for a new and exciting role with lots of scope.

The successful candidate will be integral to the companies continued growth and will be primarily responsible for the efficient & effective fulfilment of and servicing of our wholesale business.

The right candidate will become the connecting piece between our Account Managers & Operations/Distribution teams. They must be a strong communicator, leader and team player who enjoys a challenging yet rewarding role within a fast paced + growing company.  Responsible for a diverse range of administrative, operational & managerial tasks, the individual should be able to use their own initiative, have a strong eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.

the role.

  • Managing + supporting a small administrative team who are based both in the office + working from home (remote).
  • Identifying existing sales processes that can be improved upon + implementing effective changes to maximise efficiency within the department.
  • Maintaining regular communication with the Head of Sales and Regional Account Managers to identify areas where administrative assistance is required + providing support accordingly.
  • Understanding and administering fulfilment requirements of all key Wholesale accounts including supplier portals, delivery terms, compliance + quality assurance.
  • Monitoring and managing aspects of our Trade Portal.
  • Monitoring and managing Freshdesk CRS (support ticket system) for the Sales Team.
  • Inputting critical seasonal data for key Wholesale accounts such as: product availability, due dates, cost prices, forecasts + call offs.
  • Working alongside the Supply Chain (purchasing) team to regularly review critical paths + update customers accordingly.
  • Regularly liaising with our Operations department to ensure fulfilment of all Wholesale customer ordersis as efficient as possible.

Homewares Designer (hard accessories).

 

the candidate.

  • Must be passionate about designing + the home interiors market.
  • Must have proven experience of working within UK homeware market, ideally in hard goods.
  • Should be fully proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop with a good colour sense and eye for detail.
  • Should possess an enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work fast and efficiently in a team environment.
  • Should be trend driven with a keen eye for detail across homeware, as well as fashion, and always looking to spot the 'next big thing' in home.
  • Drawing and hand-painted skills are also advantageous for this role.
  • You should have experience in designing homewares and show advanced ability in creating a range of products that talk to each other and fit the brand.

  •  Designing exciting, trend led products for a number of leading UK homeware retailers.
    • Working in a UK-based design team catering for a large international home market.
    • You will be working closely with the team to provide the most forward thinking and innovative new design concepts for home accessories and furniture.
    • Carrying out trend research that informs the project direction.
